A New Day

The older organization model, supported by the hierarchy of command and control has been trashed.  The older organization may posses, but is not truly enabled, by technology. In fact it resists technology and the change it brings seeking instead, compliance and stability .

The new organization is structured along it's supply chain, and as a component of a larger enterprise. The new organization is much more likely to succeed in today's network centric environment as co-operation and collaboration in the innovation both process and product is a natural occurrence. This because virtually every node on 'the network' has an explicit role, an interest in it's deliverable and success of the others (customers).
